New partnership

We are thrilled to announce a strong new partnership at Gebrüder Schwanke! 
We are proud to welcome Verena Liane Ottermann as our new partner.

With her in-depth expertise in mediation, coaching, and human resources and organizational development, she will play a central role in our network effective immediately.

A particular focus of our collaboration will be on supporting traditional German industry—especially in the electrical sector. This is precisely where Verena brings a wealth of invaluable and highly practical experience to the table. Thanks to her impressive career spanning over 17 years at Lenze SE—including roles in People Development & Culture and as an HR Business Manager—as well as her work at Lenze Drive Systems GmbH, she has firsthand knowledge of the specific challenges and cultural needs of industrial companies. Prior to that, she also gained valuable experience as an HR officer and training manager at Wilkhahn.

As a certified educator in industrial and leadership pedagogy and with her advanced training in mediative process facilitation, she knows exactly how to successfully guide specialists, managers, and entire teams through change.

We are very much looking forward to our joint projects, the fresh ideas they will bring to Gebrüder Schwanke, and working with Verena to strengthen the industry of tomorrow!
